I am a psychologist and cultural project manager with international experience in performing arts and social innovation. My work focuses on the intersection between psychology, neuroscience and culture, developing interdisciplinary projects that promote individual and collective wellbeing through artistic and embodied practices. Rooted in the principles of Psychoneuroendocrinoimmunology (PNEI), my approach integrates the mind–body connection within cultural and organizational contexts, fostering environments that enhance emotional balance, social inclusion, and creative intelligence. I design and lead art-based wellbeing programs, using dance, theatre, and psychodrama methods to support personal awareness, stress regulation, and group cohesion. My projects frequently engage companies, public institutions, and cultural organizations to promote mental health and community development through art. As an EU-certified Project Manager, I have overseen European-funded initiatives (Creative Europe, Erasmus+, Horizon Europe, CERV) and served as Expert Evaluator for EIT Culture & Creativity – European Institute of Innovation and Technology. I’ve managed international partnerships and research-action projects across the U.S.A., Canada, Germany, France, England, Holland, Korea, Russia, Switzerland, Belgium, Peru, Israel, Spain, Sweden, Norway, Senegal, Greece, Egypt, etc. In parallel, I coordinate the Milan member group of Banca Etica, advancing community engagement and responsible innovation aligned with social and environmental sustainability.
