I am a psychologist who has lived on three continents experiencing the chaos, pain, loss and joy of constant transitions moving across cultures and people. I help clients cope with and navigate change and loss, find joy in the present, make sense of their childhood experiences and make life choices that are meaningful to them.

I work with expats, bicultural clients and travelers coping with transitions, cultural differences, conflicts, familial expectations, other challenges. I also work with low self-esteem, anxiety, perfectionism, depression and medically unexplained physical symptoms. I offer a safe space for LGBTQ+ clients and clients of color.
